System requirements- As per current standards
Shift- AU (5 AM to 1 PM)
IP PBX- provided by the client.
Data security- Commercial AU IP / Data Remote CRM should be installed on all systems in
prior to start up by the center.
Internet- upload/download minimum 1 mbps speed by the center.
Compulsory power backup should be set for all systems by the center.
CRM- client customized CRM
Agents- 13 neutral accent
Start up- immediate (ASAP)
1. Process outsourced under one roof
2. Process is not outsourced more than one center
3. Complete training provided in prior to start up
A) The minimum requirements are mandatory to the inbound process involved, Center who
cannot full fill these requirements please do not join the discussion.
Time frame for startup would not be commenced more than a week time.
C) Center joining the proposal should be ready with all the above requirements during the NDA
Payout & Contract
Payout – 10 AU $ per hour (based on 9 hours per day calculation) per seat
Payment mode – Bank transfer
Pay frequency- 15 days (fortnightly)
Payment Security- Letter of Credit (from the second payment)
Incentives- Based on call volume
Contract- 11 months (extended as per SLA)
Termination- Based on quality
